How to Prepare and Plan your Negotiation

It is useful for anyone. Everyone has a chance to practice the skills they are learning in carefully developed role-play activities. There is a lot of opportunity to review performance and identify specific skills.

Course Objectives:
This funshop is designed to inspire employees to build a strong internal team to cooperate and collaboratively work together to achieve the business goals of the organization. It is also designed to encourage staff to put away their personal disputes and disagreements and work happily as a team. This will result in excellent service to external customers and also internally to each other.
